My name is Zechariah, pictured is my wife Gwynneth and our three children. We are grateful for our growing family and the joy that comes from investing our time, treasures, and talents into our close-knit circle of loved ones. For us, that looks like family fishing trips, working on projects around the house, and sharing well-cooked meals with great company. Cody Fairchild (COO)
My name is Cody Fairchild. Pictured is my wife Leigha, and our four children. I enjoy hunting, fishing, spending time with family, as well as our local church community. I enjoy working with Bunyar contracting because I want to see things built that last while being done in a way that is honoring to God and satisfying to the customer.

At Bunyar Contracting, we are glad to share our story, which began in 2022 with a vision to transform homes spaces. Initially, we focused on small remodeling and home improvement jobs, laying the groundwork for our expertise and passion for quality work.
Over time, we have expanded our services to full-scale decks and flatwork concrete projects, allowing us to bring even more value and creativity to our clients.
Before launching Bunyar Contracting, I, Zechariah, spent years working as a handyman for family and friends, where I curated my skills and gained invaluable experience and life lessons.
I owe much of my knowledge and success to the support and trust of those early clients, who believed in my abilities and encouraged me to pursue my dream of helping others. Their faith in me has been a driving force in our growth, and we strive to honor that trust through every project we undertake.
As a family owned business, we prioritize building strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and delivering exceptional results that exceed their expectations.
